Kulture Break

Founded in 2002, Kulture Break is a youth wellbeing charity. We deliver innovative early intervention school-based programs that support young people’s social, physical and mental health.

Our approach harnesses the power of movement to equip students with essential mindset tools and skills, fostering resilience and enhancing their sense of belonging, confidence, and ability to contribute meaningfully to their communities.

Since its inception, Kulture Break has impacted over 100,000 local youth and over 500,000 young people across Australia and around the world.
